Polimatrix supplies plastic equipment such as pumps, fans, piping, valves and special items which are required by clients for stock, maintenance, resale, expansion and new plants. These are manufactured in PP.H, PE, PVDF, PVC.U, PVC.C, ECTFE, PFA and PTFE.


 

Polimatrix now also supplies welding equipment for the following types of plastic welding: * Hot gas welding * Extrusion welding * Pipe socket fusion welding * Pipe butt fusion welding

 

The supply of ACIDTEK flange spray protection covers for flanged connections in chemical plants. These are available in PVC, PVC Clear PTFE Glass Re-inforced and PTFE with fire blanket re-inforcing. Custom designs and shapes for valves and other equipment also available.
 

Air flow controls for installations in fume cabinets, chemical storage rooms and other areas requiring constant monitoring of air flow.
These air flow controllers are available as analogue or digital. A low or no flow alarm is standard along with two output relays.
The digital option has a 4-20mA output which can be linked to most PLC monitoring systems.

Special Safety Items The supply of special plastic safety showers with eyewash units for installation in highly corrosive environments. 

Plastic fans is polypropylene or PVDF. Support stands are 3CR12 or 304SS. These fans are particularly suited to laboratory and industrial applications where chemicals are likely to be present in the gas steam. Polimtrix is able to supply from 60mm dia inlet up to 1250mm dia inlet with duties up to 40 000m³/l

Pneumatic actuated inline conical plug valves in PVDF and PP with seat flushing points and limit switches for use as reactor and digester outlet valves with low material hang-up requirements – full Polimatrix design.
